The short revolves around a young woman named Lulu in prohibition era 1920s, who stumbles upon a flask. Lulu’s night on the town is then cut short when the long arm of the law intervenes and her fate becomes bleak.

The swinging jazz of Joe Venuti and the wild music of Spike Jones accompany the visuals, inspired by early 20th century animation.
